So much better than Bullhorn

There are some fields that we are unable to pull into our custom reports so we have to ask customer service to make the report for us which takes extra time. It would be better if all fields could be pulled into any report.

Presidio SES Team Review

製品を使ってみた感想: It has truly been an excellent experience. The platform has automated various processes of our business and has made the team more effective in their respective roles. In addition, the customer service provided from all TrackerRMS staff has been world class.

Our practice decided to move forward with TrackerRMS as the ATS to support our staff augmentation business, based on the expansive features within the system and how easy it was to integrate these features into our business, while improving the workflow of our business as well.

Excellent customization options and customer service

We have a very unique program and one of the things we liked most about Tracker was their ability to jump in and customize the software to accompany our program's vernacular. It fits most of our needs and allows our program to truly focus on our mission. The customer service through Michelle Crisp has been five star since day one. She is professional and knows how to get us what we need in a timely manner so we can continue to focus on our day to day tasks. I have worked with many of the larger software platforms and this is user friendly in comparison.

There is little room for error with this program. You have no way to delete assignments without messing up your entire workflow. It's very difficult to deal with if that happens.

One of the Best in the Business

製品を使ってみた感想: Tracker has helped our company smoothly transition into a new ATS/CRM system with no loss to our production, this has been huge! With the new automations, and streamlined processes, our companies internal communications has skyrocketed. Our recruiters are happier, and our company is flourishing.

When we started our search for a new ATS/CRM system, we developed a 120 point checklist to find a product that met our needs as a recruiting agency. Overall, I had reviewed over 70+ products and had done 35+ demos of various ATS/CRM systems. Tracker came out on top and met every point we needed. Where Tracker excels is its customization features, ease of use, and fantastic customer service. We had an extremely smooth transition from our previous system, thanks to the support of Tracker.After reviewing so many systems, we found a few things that made them the differentiator. First, they are a US/UK based company who have been established for years. Their support services are robust, and their product is very intuitive to pick up and use. This has allowed for easy ramp up time for new employees. They have developed a fantastic customizable organization system on both their ATS and CRM platforms. All aspects of the system work harmoniously together. In the past few years, it is easy to see a huge change in their development, and they have provided a steady streams of updates to differentiate itself as one of the top software programs for recruiting. They provide fantastic automations and sequencing, as well as full mass-email campaign support. Additional perks include video interview integration, detailed reporting, and capability to support all types of recruiting (exec, direct, staffing, etc.). I highly recommend this product to any recruiting firm!

改善してほしい点:

The problems associated with Tracker are mainly due to growth. They are growing quickly, and sometimes their servers slow down slightly, as they grow and continue to invest in their servers, the better this will become. The one major request would be autosaving! Tracker provides alerts when needed to save, but it would be incredibly beneficial to allow autosaving both on record pages, as well as email drafts. Overall, the product is fantastic.

First-time ATS admin, Experienced CRM User

製品を使ってみた感想: The value of TrackerRMS can only be appreciated when the platform is being used to its fullest capacity by everyone on your team. If there is someone not committed to the process, the data input accuracy, or their due diligence, it decreases the potential of what this system can offer. Having impressively responsive customer success and account management team at TrackerRMS means that there shouldn't be any excuse for underutilization.

I appreciate how TrackerRMS offers many ways to accomplish the same result. It doesn't force me to do any activity using a singular approach. I have experience with CRMs; however, this is my first encounter with an Applicant Tracking System, so coming into this organization, I reset my expectations. What worked on other platforms wasn't going to apply to this one and, more often than not, not being realistic with ANY software can create negative experiences. The FAQs, orientation videos, and support via the account management and success teams make learning the functionality easier than most systems. The trick is actually to focus on the material, though. If you do, you'll be interacting with everything the platform has to offer and more in no time. If you don't, I guarantee it'll be a source of frustration because it is the same with learning anything new or unfamiliar. Having the ability to store communications, documentation, comments, company, and candidate details all in one place is more of a strength than most realize. It reduces the time you have to search for things in your e-mail, cloud storage, desktop, etc. The workflow is logical, and the customizations allow for a company or department to generate specific reporting applicable to their team. The LinkedIn integration, ability to forward e-mails to a record, change dashboards, and streamline processes as you see fit is a tremendous asset.

The "con" section of any review never seems fair to the company, from my perspective. What I see as unfavorable from my view may be a positive for someone else. The platform does what it promises. It allows you to track leads, add details to records, manage candidates, automate marketing campaigns, integrate with applicable apps such as LinkedIn, track time, manage payroll, store documents, and produce detailed reports. The only con I have with the system is the information being put into it by the other fallible human beings (nothing and no one is perfect). What goes in is what comes out. Not having everyone be as conscientious of their data entry is the source of my frustration as an admin. Some may say "inflexibility" and a lack of customization are cons. However, from a development standpoint, the more flexibility and custom options you build for clients, the higher the risk for issues. So even if some of my ideas are great ones, that doesn't mean they belong in a system with thousands of others that it'd negatively impact in the end.

Great Partner

製品を使ってみた感想: Overall, Tracker is a great partner to our company. They continue to work with us and discover ways to work more efficiently.

Tracker's willingness to listen and make changes based on our feedback has been great. It truly feels like they are a partner to us and not forcing us to fit into the parameters of their software. Transitioning to a new software after 22 years with the same ATS was nerve wracking, but we never felt like Tracker left our side. Customer service is top notch.

改善してほしい点:

With over 20-years of data, not all of our historical info mapped correctly. There was quite a bit of clean-up, but that is due to the 2 different types of softwares. Any major issues were addressed by the Tracker team and they worked with us to figure out how to correct them on the back end. Initially, there were a few items that we weren't thrilled about (hyperlinking, opening separate windows, timing out, etc.), but Tracker addressed these issues quickly and we were able to work through the system faster.

Streamline Your Work with Tracker Software

Consistent tracking

Time sheets feature

製品を使ってみた感想: We use an Employee Login button on our web page that is superb! Candidates easily link to the Tracker site to open a time sheet. Great!

Connection to customer support by two ways: tickets and call-in service. Either connection gets results within a short period of time.

改善してほしい点:

Because candidates don't always pay attention to where they list hours, on the time sheet weekly entry screen, the order of the Planning Tasks that list on screen could change from Alphabetic to most common- Regular Hours line then OT line then others

Great functionality and reasonably priced

Huge amount of flexibility with what information to show/hide from different system users - streamlining many of the everyday processes that recruiters, admin staff and BD reps have to complete. There are some great reporting tools to help managers keep track of KPIs - again, flexibility here far exceeds many of the competitors in the market. Although the company is small, they are very attentive to our needs, and did a great job of importing the data from our previous CRM.

Currently, the look and feel of the product is a little dated, but it seems like the next update will modernize the software to be more in line with competitors.

Easy to use interface, very customizable.

The easy of use is great. I like the ability to customize every aspect of the program from layout to user specific fields. Excellent customer service. Any issues are dealt with in a timely fashion.

The ability to sort data by clicking on columns. I believe this feature is being introduced in their new release.

Our Voice has Finally Been Heard!

TrackerRMS Recruitment is a fantastic system. This system runs like a well-oiled machine and meets the necessities for all businesses types, from larger corporations to smaller businesses. No matter how unique your business process is, and no matter what needs you need met, Tracker is built to excel for you. Tracker truly believes in client relationships. Their entire development is based upon their client's needs. Requests, ideas, and tickets are not just read and heard like with the normal big name ATS vendors; they're developed! We have never felt like just another ticket when it comes to Tracker, because they take immediate action to guarantee your satisfaction. It provides strong CV parsing using the top provider, Sovern. It's cloud-based, and we have a dedicated Server through Rackspace. It's SQL, data migration, and importation-friendly. Tracker flows seamlessly from CRM to ATS to Onboarding to Accounting/Payroll to EMS (Employee Management System).

改善してほしい点:

Truly, anything with TrackerRMS that has needed improvement or development has been established. There's nothing to dislike.

Great Product

The only con would be the user who doesn't use the software to its maximum potential. Only con might be that it's not super intuitive but the capability is there.

Great Platform

Very fast and it rarely lags or freezes. It is pretty simple to get the hang of. It rarely goes down for extended periods of time.

It could look a bit more sleek. Also, some small quality of life changes could be made such as multiple tabs, and easier copy and paste functions among others.

We moved to TrackerRMS

We really think ease of use along with tons of functionality is what drove us to partner with TrackerRMS. We chose to move from our previous vendor because they kept raising their price. After reviewing and testing TrackerRMS we realized we are not losing any functionality and getting a better deal on pricing. The transition from our old vendor to TrackerRMS has been seamless as well. Their staff is very meticulous about migrating data and making it work exactly the way you want after the move is done.

改善してほしい点:

The only con we have at this time is TrackerRMS does not integrate natively to DiscoverOrg which is our sales tool. We can still bring the data into the system but it is a manual process as opposed to the automated process with our previous vendor.

The customer support from both Michelle Crisp and now Courtney Harchak has been amazing. Both ladies have been instrumental in helping us navigate this tool efficiently over the months. We certainly look forward to working with Courtney and to understand TrackerRMS fully.

改善してほしい点:

At times the functionality and features of TrakerRMS are difficult to navigate. Also, there are some basic site navigational features that are not included but would simply issues such as "page searching" within certain list (such as Send List). Also, navigating the 'Candidates List' could be testing at times especially when there are thousands of candidates in the list.

As such, our recruitment experts handle all sizes of assignment – from single permanent placements for SMEs to large contractor outsourcing projects for global organizations; therefore we required a CRM system that could both support the organization and allow for ease of use/flexibility across the board. Having already used what was defined as the markets leading Recruitment CRM software, we found all systems to be both cumbersome and incapable of being adapted to our business-specific needs. Having had such poor experiences, we began the search for a CRM system that was adaptable, flexible, cloud-based and where support was provided by a UK team that understood the needs of recruiters and how we prefer to work. After much research we settled upon TrackerRMS and I have to say we have been nothing short of impressed with both the software and the support team as a whole. Nothing is too much trouble and continued enhancements are what makes us glad we found a solution that we could build the business and its associated processes around. We would have no hesitation in recommended TrackerRMS to others.

製品を使ってみた感想: As a small start up in the recruitment sector, I was looking for a tool that would be easy to use, easy to configure and had a great support team. I have tried a couple of other systems that just didn't live up to my expectations and then there were other products that just seemed to keep adding services but always at an additional cost. Since joining Tracker, I have been more than satisfied with the results and the service. I experienced the usual teething problems which 99% of the issues were down to me not using the system correctly and/or not grasping the workflow. However, Louise, David and Andy have always been there to help and everything has been fixed super quick and I couldn't be happier. The systems has never been off-line and I have had 100% availability. The upcoming features sound excellent and I'm looking forward to seeing what the Tracker guys can come up with in the next phase of development. This said, I love the product so new features will be an added bonus. I would highly recommend the product, I trialed and and found it so easy to use and integrate that it was a no brainer but it's the support and help that I have found more beneficial. Best ATS System

製品を使ってみた感想: Phenomenal. From the beginning they walked us through the set-up process, there was no pressure to go live. Rather they wanted to make sure it was 100% what we wanted and did what we needed it to do before we went live. The customer support is bar none one of the best I have ever worked with. Just an amazing product and team.

We searched several systems before deciding on Tracker and it was the best decision. The system is not only visually appealing but is one of the most user-friendly systems I have ever utilized.

As of now, we have not had any cons with this software. It seems like there is nothing that it cannot do.

Great CRM and ATS Tool

Although you have reporting capabilities, the way the tables are setup is a bit confusing and doesn't allow for building more robust reports.
