Housecall Pro is not for the Tech Industry

製品を使ってみた感想： I was completely disappointed with them and stopped using them after they charged us for leads that where not relevant to our services and that when contacted would not pan out as leads ready to book and pay for services. TO many leads where cold or deceptive leads.

良いポイント:

I did not find any pros with it. At least nothing that I couldn't get from some other service.

改善してほしい点:

I did not like anything about house call pro. They made it to difficult to properly present my cumpany and services to potential customers. At the time they did not have good keywords nor categories for IT Services. Their pricing and cost per lead was deceptive and many of the provided leads where junk and they still charged us hundreds of dollars for them even when they did not pan out.

Should have stayed with Quickbooks

製品を使ってみた感想： Probably the worst most complex decisions I've made with my business. Its easier to work with a government agency then it has been working with Housecall.

良いポイント:

Nothing the whole experiences has been horrible. I was promised so much and got so little.

After all this mess I should have just stayed with Quickbooks. Now I'm stuck with housecall.

Horrible company

製品を使ってみた感想： Horrible company They want to lock you in on monthly contract and not give you a way out . These guys robbed me for 1600$ before I caught on. Keep an eye on your credit statement after talking with these guys .

Bad services

製品を使ってみた感想： The worst company that does not value its clients. When you hire this company to make a website, they never do it the way they want it. After 2 months, the website was never made. They were always staggering with the managers. It is never true. They are never there on the appointments they schedule. They leave you waiting and they don't even have the kindness to call. Oh, excuse me. You have to beg them to help you. It is the worst and most terrible company there

Housecall pro for cleaning company

製品を使ってみた感想： Very positive as the app did the best with setting up house calls to be able to get the house cleaned inside and out

The software is very easy to use and it allows that's to customize each order specifically to the house is going to

The only time I can say about it is I wish there was more to do with that

I am obsessed!

製品を使ってみた感想： We came running back to HCP after using another software for a year. Our breaking point with that software was the price book being outrageously difficult to utilize. With the new DOE changes for 2023, ALL hvac major equipment has been changed and we needed to do update that accordingly. The price book in HCP is smart, helpful, calculated, and still very easy to figure out and utilize.

We used HCP for years when we decided to move to another software. After a year on that other software, we came RUNNING back to HCP for many reasons. The biggest reasons? Ease of use, amazing features, customer service, and price points.

改善してほしい点:

Auto pricing for Maintenance Plan Agreements. It is technically there but having it more in depth would be great. Example: Our Gold Level get $0 service call fee-10% off materials-$50 off new system. HCP provides that 10% off though so still an absolutely amazing feature!

Housecall Pro is great for being able to see the whole schedule and be able to dispatch jobs with no issues. I also enjoy the invoice feature that allows you to be able to take payment via the software.

改善してほしい点:

When you are booking a job on Housecall Pro it does take a bit longer with multiple pages.

Housecall Pro has made managing my home service business so much easier!

Time saver software for HVAC Service Calls

製品を使ってみた感想： Service our tenants on time is our motto and using this software is helping us achieve this.

良いポイント:

It is helping us in assigning techs to the HVAC service calls as per priority. The software has great tools to close work orders on time.

改善してほしい点:

The reporting, report generation, and accounting sections can be enhanced otherwise all other functions are good.

Ok for on call visits

Helps keep my at home client visits separate from my other scheduling platforms

I'd enjoy if the platform could be more easily integrated with my other scheduling software

I can now focus on my clients without worrying about scheduling thanks to Housecall Pro

The ability to track and manage my schedule from anywhere, thanks to the mobile app, has been a game-changer. Cant reccommend enough

I'd appreciate more in depth reporting to gain insights into appointment data, such as appointment durations

Field Service management App

製品を使ってみた感想： It has all the best features for a home service business in one and it also has access to the Housecall consumer booking app.

良いポイント:

It has good features like Job Scheduling with a GPS tracking system, payment processing, automated receipts and invoice etc.

改善してほしい点:

There is no chance to use HCP to create contacts that are legally binding.
