Housecall Pro is not for the Tech Industry

製品を使ってみた感想: I was completely disappointed with them and stopped using them after they charged us for leads that where not relevant to our services and that when contacted would not pan out as leads ready to book and pay for services. TO many leads where cold or deceptive leads.

I did not find any pros with it. At least nothing that I couldn't get from some other service.

改善してほしい点:

I did not like anything about house call pro. They made it to difficult to properly present my cumpany and services to potential customers. At the time they did not have good keywords nor categories for IT Services. Their pricing and cost per lead was deceptive and many of the provided leads where junk and they still charged us hundreds of dollars for them even when they did not pan out.

製品を使ってみた感想: Horrible company They want to lock you in on monthly contract and not give you a way out . These guys robbed me for 1600$ before I caught on. Keep an eye on your credit statement after talking with these guys .

Bad services

製品を使ってみた感想: The worst company that does not value its clients. When you hire this company to make a website, they never do it the way they want it. After 2 months, the website was never made. They were always staggering with the managers. It is never true. They are never there on the appointments they schedule. They leave you waiting and they don't even have the kindness to call. Oh, excuse me. You have to beg them to help you. It is the worst and most terrible company there

Housecall pro for cleaning company

I am obsessed!

製品を使ってみた感想: We came running back to HCP after using another software for a year. Our breaking point with that software was the price book being outrageously difficult to utilize. With the new DOE changes for 2023, ALL hvac major equipment has been changed and we needed to do update that accordingly. The price book in HCP is smart, helpful, calculated, and still very easy to figure out and utilize.

We used HCP for years when we decided to move to another software. After a year on that other software, we came RUNNING back to HCP for many reasons. The biggest reasons? Ease of use, amazing features, customer service, and price points.

改善してほしい点:

Auto pricing for Maintenance Plan Agreements. It is technically there but having it more in depth would be great. Example: Our Gold Level get $0 service call fee-10% off materials-$50 off new system. HCP provides that 10% off though so still an absolutely amazing feature!

Housecall Pro Does it All!

良いポイント:

Housecall Pro is great for being able to see the whole schedule and be able to dispatch jobs with no issues. I also enjoy the invoice feature that allows you to be able to take payment via the software.

改善してほしい点:

When you are booking a job on Housecall Pro it does take a bit longer with multiple pages.

Time saver software for HVAC Service Calls

製品を使ってみた感想: Service our tenants on time is our motto and using this software is helping us achieve this.

良いポイント:

It is helping us in assigning techs to the HVAC service calls as per priority. The software has great tools to close work orders on time.

The reporting, report generation, and accounting sections can be enhanced otherwise all other functions are good.

Field Service management App

製品を使ってみた感想: It has all the best features for a home service business in one and it also has access to the Housecall consumer booking app.

It has good features like Job Scheduling with a GPS tracking system, payment processing, automated receipts and invoice etc.

改善してほしい点:

There is no chance to use HCP to create contacts that are legally binding.
