Sales Forceを100%活用できるAIデータ分析ツール

良いポイント:

営業担当者でも簡単にデータ分析ができる。SalesForceでもある程度の集計、分析は行えるが、大量のデータを取り扱う場合はCRM analyticsがかなり便利。コーディング不要のAIがレコメンドを出してくれるので、半自動でデータ分析、レポート生成が可能。

改善してほしい点:

ある程度のSales Forceの知識がないと使いづらい。また、ユーザーごとの課金なので、チーム全員で使うとなると割とコストがかかる。

製品を使ってみた感想: これまで多くBIツールを活用してきましたが、これだけすべての機能において質が高いツールは、これ以上がないといっても過言ではありません。BIツールを検討する方全てにおすすめしたい至極の一品です。

良いポイント:

・ダッシュボードの作成は操作しやすく、コンテナ機能も備えているため、開発と改修どちらにも有利・動的ダッシュボードなのに、ダッシュボードの挙動が速い・保持できるデータ量が多い・GUIでカスタマイズできるダッシュボードとグラフの設計が細かく、豊富・全体的にGUIが見やすく、作業負荷が小さい・GUIで前処理を簡便に行うことができる・AutoMLをアドオンでつけることができ、そこで返された結果をダッシュボードでそのまま可視化することができる。ツール間の移動がなく、ストレスフル

改善してほしい点:

・前処理は基本的にGUIをベースとしているので、コードベースでアップロードや改修ができない・ダッシュボードとETLにはゴミ箱機能やバージョン管理ができない(コピーを作成するしかない)ので、バックアップ用のアプリケーションを作成することが望ましい・日本語でも英語でもインターネット記事が少なく、公式のドキュメントやコミュニティに頼るしかない。

It helps out your data into a visual point which helps to track news business as well as existing quotes. It links to external applications which is helpful

改善してほしい点:

The views can be limited sometimes so may not be able to entirely personalize the way you want to use it. You need coding knowledge in order to be able to maneuver or change things which makes it tough

Analytics platform for everyone under one roof!

1. We are using it to create dashboard by integrating Salesforce CRM 2. We are also using SQAL and SQL queries to create dashboards 3. Salesforce Analytics Cloud - we call it Wave Analytics creates beautiful dashboards

1. This is a web os platform so you will need internet connection to access it 2. Can expect more functionalities compared to other reporting tools i.e. integration with other data connectors

Easy to use with some minor kinks

良いポイント:

The most effective was getting the information that the patients needed about sales of the medication elsewhere other than CVS. We could see where the medication was being sold where as the competitors would not do that for the patients.

改善してほしい点:

The most difficult was navigation wise and the amount of help someone would really give because they expect you to know everything about the software you know nothing about.

There is a learning curve associated with the use of the software. Training videos would help immensely

良いポイント:

i love how so much information about contacts, leads, accounts can be stored in one holistic software.

改善してほしい点:

salesforce is a great too and i cant really say anything bad about it but if I had to pick I would say that its frustrating how there are 2 different types of Salesforce: lightning and regular.

製品を使ってみた感想: I used Einstein Analytics (now: Tableau CRM) to rebuild and improve sales reporting in a medium-sized company.

良いポイント:

Data analyses, including predictive data analyses, can be created quickly. The AutoML algorithm automates many tasks. The visualisation is excellent.

改善してほしい点:

Salesforce promotes the product as a solution for Citizien Developers. This is generally true. However, basic knowledge of artificial intelligence and data analysis in general is necessary for the implementation so that added value can be generated. In addition, individual requirements in dashboards can often only be implemented with increased effort. For this, JSON files have to be adapted, which often leads to many errors.

Excellent analytics cloud as A Best Business Intelligent Application

1. Mobile First: Wave was designed for smartphone and tablet use first, but also works seamlessly on desktop and laptops. 2. Key-value Store: Wave is based on a key-value-store, NoSQL database meaning you can bring all data from 3rd party apps and your desktop into the system easily. 3. Data for All: Wave provides insights and reports for back-end, front-end, end-user and developers to query and analyze the KPIs that interest them. 4. Secure Data: Wave can meet high-level data privacy and data security requirements for analyzing confidential data. 5. Multiple Dashboards: Create dashboards for multiple datasets and to meet a variety of business, departmental and individual KPI analyses.

改善してほしい点:

Data-analysis capabilities aren't well known. - But It's true that sometimes simpler is better, and the saved lenses and dashboard views and ad-hoc "group, measure, filter, view," and "action" options may cover a lot of needs. But this is a V1 product, and it will undoubtedly take some time to mature.

製品を使ってみた感想: Salesforce keeps expanding its reach in the CRM market and is bringing deep analytics power to the cloud also with Analytics. It is pricey however but if you are after a suite of tools to rest on top of your data without integration services, this might be the one for you.
