Avaza is definitely a one stop shop for projects
製品を使ってみた感想: Task inventory can be built, estimates can be made quickly, tasks can be created from estimates, and clients can approve bills in a snap after receiving them.

Everything having to do with the financial status of a project, from invoices to accounts receivable and payable, can be generated with the help of this program.

Some of the features I would expect from a project management system are missing. Nonetheless, they are always developing new features and listening to feedback.

I absolutely love Avaza as it helps me run my team from one place. We use it for project management, managing annual leave, task management, team comms and time tracking. I also love the automated reporting, which saves me so much time. The team at Avaza are great too and are very responsive and always open to suggestions to improve the system.

It could be better at helping manage monthly retainers, but I know that is on their development list.

Reporting and tracking can be a bit tricky (the data is there thought) Exporting to excel could be useful maybe too much development on the collaboration side

製品を使ってみた感想: We're mostly happy with avaza. It's great to kep track of all steps of a project. It would be great if there could be a budget alert function per section of a project and if we would dare to dream estimates were you can add a float in amount of hours would be amazing.

Finally we have one tool to make estimates, convert them to projects, track time spent and report on profitability! No more going back and forth between different tools and losing overview.

The search could be better. We have a lot of comments on tasks and it's not always easy finding a specific thing back.

Avaza is actually fantastic
製品を使ってみた感想: We're a service company with people spread out all over North America. Billing used to be a hassle before Avaza, but now it's far easier. Our team members enter their timesheets into Avaza and our finance team creates the billing twice a month. We've more than tripled our line items for billing and are spending about half as much time as before in getting our bills to customers. Customer support has also been fantastic, and open to our suggestions for new features. When they do roll out a new feature, it just works.

Email integration. It would be great if it had a way to email directly into and out of tasks.

An Incredibly Helpful Productivity Tool

It has allowed to me do my freelance marketing and production work efficiently, to share projects as part of a team, to breakdown billing for invoicing, and to have a variety of information requested by my clients at my fingertips at a moment's notice.

I wish the timer was based on actual clock start and stop times, rather than a stopwatch system. I often leave the timer running because I've forgotten to turn it off, and calculating back to my actual stop time is tedious.

製品を使ってみた感想: It has been excellent, for years. I am always impressed with their quick responses when I have a question about how to use something. Their customer service is also very polite which I really appreciate these days!

I've been using Avaza for years to organize my small business. Their product us great, from organizing my project schedules, to invoicing and time sheets. When I've come across something that I can't figure out their customer service is personable and quick to fix. There have even been times they take requests for new or updated options! Top quality.

I haven't had any issues with Avaza. I'm still working on using the scheduling component but I think that is more me than them! I would like the option to be able to customize invoices a bit more (font size, etc.) but not a dealbreaker.

Great Project Management Tool To Get The Job Done
製品を使ってみた感想: Really good - the support on offer is first class, always fast and thorough. The reporting side is also really valuable and we plan to use that more as our needs grow.

We've been using this for 6+ years now and love it. I'd tried a lot of other systems but this is easy to use across the team, easy to customise and whilst it's really good in terms of projects and task lists, it's invaluable in terms of managing resource and visually seeing what people are working on to help prioritise and get things done.

Sub-tasks are a frustration - you can have them within tasks but it's very basic, you can't assign them or give them due dates. It's on the roadmap we hear so will be a welcome addition when it's in place.

It has simplified our quotation and invoicing process and we are able to produce insightful reports that we are able to filter or customise for Finance and Project Management. We have also made suggestions on features we would like to see and later they have been implemented, which is great to know they listen to their customers.

One thing that bothered me about Avaza was how complicated and daunting its interface initially was. It will take some time to become familiar with all of the available options and features. And I didn't think the task assignment component was as powerful as some other project management software I've used.

The timesheets make it simple to keep track of estimates and assess how accurate you are now or have been in the past so that you can develop estimates that are more accurate going forward. For us, this function is fantastic.

The reports are really useful for project management, billing, and keeping track of our location across the entire firm. We can immediately act on all the information and make decisions because we can see the status of each employee at a glance, as well as any potential overruns compared to timetables, costs, and chargeable. We can create tasks with Avaza, assign them to team members, and keep track of who has completed what. The software contains a chat room where everyone working on the project can discuss the work, as well as a calendar and Gantt chart for each project so we can view the status of all activities on one page.

At this point, practically nothing. In the past week, I've tested around 8 different systems from other vendors, and this one is by far the finest and meets all the criteria. Alerts tailored to each activity would be quite useful. Additionally, the option to quickly assign time or projects to users on a daily basis rather than for the duration that the job is open would be useful.

The time tracking and filter reporting system were a must have for me when shopping for softwares. Avaza is the only software that met those needs perfectly.

If I had to put something, I'd say that task roll-overs aren't as suitable as I would like. I would like for the new created tasks to be able to roll-over with more clarity as to which new job this is. Also, I do not like that completed tasks continue to show up as a timesheet task after completion as this over-populates and confuses this area. This would be never ending if you had weekly task completions that rolled over.

Awesome Value Robust Features
製品を使ってみた感想: Overall it is a GREAT value for the money, they are spot on with value/$. While I miss some of the enterprise level features that SmartSheets and their competitors offer, I find the variety and quick to implement features of AVAZA to be outstanding!

The price point on this software is PERFECT for small startups, the support is included without heavy add on cost and the support is VERY GOOD, quick and EASY to understand!. Architecturally the layout is very nice, the user interface is easy to navigate and the color schema is pleasant. Working in the tool is mostly straightforward and easy to figure out without watching a ton of self help videos.

The reporting tool could use a minor update to the user interface so things are a little easier to use, The collaboration features could also use an update to have some sort of chat like function making collaboration easier. Zapier connection is nice but seems to be picky, one of my zaps to create Avaza tasks works for everyone on the team except one person. Kind of weird but not critical.

I found Avaza after a long search
製品を使ってみた感想: I needed a system that I could manage the whole project, from setting up clients, adding users, setting up projects and monitoring progress, then through to invoicing. On the whole, Avaza is great for this.

I found Avaza after a long search for a very specific feature set. Lots of products do product management and many do invoicing. Finding a product that did both made life a lot easier for managing my invoicing and payments for jobs.
改善してほしい点:
Some features could be improved for usability, such as: * setting up invoices for timesheets (too many options which aren't particularly clear) * Client contact details and projects are separated in the system which can mean a lot of back and forth * The settings pages could do with a run through with a UX designer as there's a lot of information and it's sometimes difficult to find specifics (e.g., there's invoice setup in settings which would be better under the Invoicing menu item)

製品を使ってみた感想: Amazing, I thought I would need days and hours with the technical support team the first day that I used it but it's very easy and friendly, I don't use any part that includes Billing or money but I think it's overall easy t use and you can benefit greatly from it!

Timesheets and task assignments are the ones I use the most and the ones that are the core of organizing your team, I think they are very well done.

We cannot multitask, which is not an option, it would be amazing to have a feature that allows you to say in the timesheet that you are doing multiple tasks at the same time. And it'd be great if we could assign tasks to more than one person within a project!
