The one feature I have been having trouble with is regarding the recent update adding Couple profiles.

I don’t have anything that I dislike about simple practice but it would be nice if the client could generate a superbill themselves
The name says it all
製品を使ってみた感想: Overall, I am 1000% satisfied. I could not see myself going to another platform. I've researched others and I've talked to friends and colleagues who use different platforms, and the others are not a match for SimplePractice at all. They came up with the perfect name for this platform because it does make running my private practice simple.

The name says it all. SimplePractice, once it is set up is easy to use, the customer support is unmatched. They listen. They have communities where you can make suggestions for improvement of the software and they make updates based on customer suggestions. They offer so many templates options for assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, polices and for so many other reasons. We can also create our own templates. They offer free trainings to all of their customers with the options to gain CE's. There is just so much I can say about SimplePractice. I know I am leaving something out, but just know this is an awesome platform and worth every penny. Even considering calendar intergrations. I thought that was something that would be a given in a platform that caters to running an office easier, but it's not. After talking to friends who are on other platforms, this is not an option they have.
改善してほしい点:
I don't really have a lot of cons. My biggest drawback right now is the fact that I can't create a bulk invoice statement without deleting old ones and creating new ones. Although that is something I hate I can't do, I wouldn't consider it a major issue, because this is a suggestion that has been brought to the developers of SimplePractice, and the way they continuously upgrade and make changes to meet their customer's needs, this may not be an issue for too long.

Simple Practice bought Luminello - but it is very deficient as an actual Electronic Health (medical) record

It seems like it has all the bells and whistles for therapy - which is great, when I am only seeing people for therapy (which is rare). But, despite Simple Practice having bought Luminello to add on the medical/psychiatric EHR features, it is woefully inadequate for psychiatric services

No vital signs (face it, this was the first thing ever digitized in health care. It is not available in Simple Practice, so you must hand enter vitals - every time.) No ability to include scored measures in a progress note automatically Diagnoses do not appear in progress notes unless they are hand entered No physical exam feature (this is literally available everywhere - but not in SP). No automatic display of medications and prescriptions written. There is no crossover from the medication section (Dr First) and the progress note. Meds are not easily viewed while working on a note and seeing the patient. Portal does not seem to contain education or information shared with patients (like med ed). This info is only available in a chat feature. No lab integration. Of course, you can waste a lot of time inventing your own templates for vitals, H&P, etc. I haven't used the billing feature This is overpriced for what it is. I am not sure what they "bought" from Luminello, other than patient lists and demographic info. Otherwise, it is just Dr First slapped on the back end of a therapy EHR.
Simple Practice is okay!

SimplePractice is a great platform to run a practice

SimplePractice makes having a private practice SIMPLE. With this software clients can schedule a consultation with you, input credit card information, you can send them the required paperwork, charge them for the invoice and also add clients notes and measurements all in one place.

The price is a bit high when starting off, but it is worth it.
Easy-to-Use, Customizable, and Well-Intergrated
製品を使ってみた感想: Overall, this is a great product. I'd just recommend a few minor adjustments and it would be the perfect EHR!
良いポイント:
I really love the intuitive calendar management. I can 'drag and drop' appointments and can easily set recurrences and move recurring appointments. I also love the 'Load Last Note' feature where I can save time on filling in standard fields and concentrate more on the weekly/bi-weekly changes in information (i.e. client progress, client needs).
改善してほしい点:
I would improve the Telehealth app. The Telehealth app seems to malfunction quite frequently when clients are using their phones to join appointments. I have also noticed that my video glitches quite frequently. I would also improve the 'Share' function on Telehealth. It is very hard to screenshare and use it for sharing worksheets and handbooks.
OK but not awesome
製品を使ってみた感想: Meh....it isn't great, not horrible. Customer service is o.k. but email is their primary form of communication which has held me up and is very frustrating.

As a patient, I think this software is great. It is user friendly and has nice features! You can access invoices, change/add payment methods, message providers, and receive reminders about appointments!

The only thing I could think of is having to verify my email each time I log in, it can be a pain, but I understand for security purposes!

Simple Practice - Great but pricey
製品を使ってみた感想: I used SP for years until they starting raising the prices quite frequently and by a lot. As a small sole practitioner it felt crazy to spend over $90/mo on an EHR when I didn't need/use a lot of the features.

It has all the bells and whistles. It's really a great product and syncs with everything you need it to.

Horrible Experience
製品を使ってみた感想: Overall, it was pretty bad. When I did talk with customer service, it was good most of the time. There was one time when the gal treated me like an idiot. The lack of updating the platform with needed changes and not listening to the customer requests on their request page is ridiculous. Why even have a request page?

It was easy to navigate around the software. To schedule the next session was relatively easy as well. Billing was taken care of, so that was nice.

*Customer service shared that the [sensitive content hidden] didn't want to make some much-needed changes to the platform (adding time zone changes automatically if the client was in a different time zone from mine, which was one he denied). *You must be on the HIGHEST tier to get ONE-WAY calendar integration. *Price points are ridiculously high for what they offer. *The look and feel of the platform was antiquated.

Simple Practise Review

I found the admin side was too time consuming.
Some of the reports were lacking.
No cancelation emails are sent out to clients which is not good.

As a new user i found Simple Practice easy to navigate. Its a good comprehensive tool for healthcare management offering many features. It has helpful customer service.

The pricing is too high. The invoicing was not that good. Its not for company's its good for solo providers.

Simple practice has been an efficient EHR

良いポイント:
It is easy to use. The calendar is straight forward. The videos are hippa compliant which is what most therapists look for. Everything is in one place which makes it great (notes, chart, intake, assessments, insurance codes, superbills)
改善してほしい点:
Sometimes the video doesn't work due to some cache that has to be cleared to use. Sometimes clients do not get the video link

So simple to track daily calories with a user-filled database of foods. It also had all my records from my doctor which was super helpful.

The telemedicine appointments have been good quality, and it's a good place to store/complete documents, see upcoming appointments, and message with my provider.

I wish there was a way for me to receive a text when my provider messages me on SimplePractice. I just don't seem to know when she does, so I have to keep checking back.
