”バックアップエラー”

製品を使ってみた感想： 今回エラーが出たのは、バックアップ時に（削除込み）削除できないデータがあったのが原因。
この辺を改良する必要があると思います。

良いポイント:

安いというのが一番の購入した点です。あと、サポートもよくしてくれたこと。製品については、分かりやすく、安定もしていると思います。

改善してほしい点:

サポートが有償になった（プレミアムサポートプラン）。しかも、メールで予約エリアの案内があったが、そのリンクは画像となっていてリンクできなかった。その旨をメールしたが、それについての返答はなかった。

Best backup tool i have experienced

製品を使ってみた感想： I have used the free version for over 5 years and i like the advanced full version now, am quite happy with this solution that i became a partner to create awareness around the country on how good the tool is for system admins.

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall its a great product and has worked flawlessly for me and my customers for years. I think I started using your backup 5 or 6 years ago. I've installed on 75 computer systems for myself and my customers. Love the product.

良いポイント:

I like the type of backups available, I mostly use the hard drive image and backup to FTP server. I've used your boot disk to recover multiple systems where hard drives have crashed, via the drive image/clone backup. Worked great. Also like that it can run a service, just have to make sure that you setup to run as administrator. There are just many great features incorporated into your software.

改善してほしい点:

The one thing that really gets to be a pain, is if you insert a thumb drive or any other device that changes the disk layout. All scheduled backups fail during the list disk part of the backup, cause the disk layout has changed. Even though the drive letters remain the same. Would be great if you could solve that problem. Thats the only con that I have at this time..

Three Servers still not backup up after 6 (six) weeks.

製品を使ってみた感想： Pathetic. Have sent in logs multiple times, have sent information from VSS Doctor, but no one can identify a solution. Are my Microsoft Servers all that different than all the others throughout the world?

良いポイント:

I cannot get it to work on three Microsoft Servers. I cannot get a solution from Support, I elected to pay for support and still get no results. Now get an email that says they are closing my ticket.

改善してほしい点:

Send issue in email and only one of the issues are addressed, like the techs do not read the entire email.

Affordable, easy to use, reliable. Simple licensing that just works without hassle and without nthe possibility that it can just stop working if the licensine server is unavailable.

改善してほしい点:

Inability to span tapes. I could use the product on some more sites if it were able to handle multiple tapes or tape drives.

30 new versions installed to try to fix a Windows Server incremental backup issue to Microsoft OneDrive

製品を使ってみた感想： I purchased the software and the ease of installation and setup for use with Mcrosoft OneDrive.
The compressed and protected backups of a Windows server have always worked but unfortunately I immediately had problems with the incremental backups and had to pay for support.
They were very friendly and helpful but I have since installed over 30 new versions to try and fix the problem!
Now I hope it is solved...

e molto versatile e fa diversi tipi di backup su diversi supporti contemporaneamente, la schedulazione e la possibilitá di variare i percorsi sono una caratteristica molto importante per la diversificazione degli strumenti di supporto

改善してほしい点:

la parte relativa all'update del prodotto é manuale e quindi occorre sempre tenerlo d'occhio ma del resto un update automatico pure deve essere sorvegliato perché potrebbero prodursi effetti perversi sulla validitá dei dati

Strong solution with a good value for the money

製品を使ってみた感想： Quite good, the logs could be more detailed (even in debugmode it would be nice to see the actual function call with their values) to aid debugging.

It boils down to the very competitive price point. It has all the right features for a fair price, ideally for an SME to just give it a shot and risk deploying it. We will likely deploy further smaller installs in off-sites.

改善してほしい点:

There is some issue in backing up Exchange 2019 on-premise if the backup host is not domain joined. There is a KB page about it but sadly, implementing the details here did not help resolve the issue. I will now open a ticket and hope it can be fixed. However, general system and incremental backups of Exchange work perfectly so it is more a detail rather then an issue.

製品を使ってみた感想： Backups, Images saved without issues, Restore backups and images even without issues. I‘m using and therefor selling Iperius-Backup since 2016. At least yesterday ;)

No problem in storing data/image from hardware PC up to virtual Sever and machines (VM).

Backup to tape not fully developed. For example, computer shuts down before tape can be fully ejected, results in jammed cartridges.

No agent is required in the VM.It can backup EXSi without vcenter.

It has just the right mix of features and simplicity. There are enough features to handle almost any backup scenario but not so many that the software becomes difficult to use.

There are a few places where buttons don't follow Windows default layout recommendations which can be a bit confusing. But not much to complain about really.

製品を使ってみた感想： the software was relatively easy to install. after getting around a couple of glitches on figuring out how to configure network backups, everything went fine. it also runs very quickly.

this software is fast. it's easy to install and use. it backs up just about anything you need to backup.

it was a little hard to get access to certain network drives and files, but after i figured that out, everything went well.

Version free for file backup is very good and stable, and it´s capable to give IP admins the option to get backups with certain backup policies for retention. If you have a DB engine and it is capable to backup itself to a file, this can be backed up with same policies

改善してほしい点:

The way to organize incremental or differential backups is not easy to understand, maybe you are expected to get a file for each day the backup task is configured and the validity of it, and this is not in that way

Straight to the point, the interface walks you straight through the setup. More text based the gui. Personally i perfer this.

Have to add users in the ftp server seperately. Would be nice to have this functionality built in.
