Miroは所見のユーザでもすぐに使い始められ、オンラインのブレインストーミングが捗ります。

製品を使ってみた感想： オンライン上のブレインストーミングが、一気に増え、一定の割合で今後も行うものとなりました。その中でMiroが他のホワイトボード共有システムよりも非常によくできていて必須のものと思っています。クライアントが、Miroを使った高い成果の出るブレインストーミングに参加して、予算化され有料ユーザーとなる例が複数ありました。また、大学の講義では、アカデミックアカウントにより生徒たちに品質の高いオンラインワークショップも提供できています。Miroがコロナのさなかに無かったら、オンラインの創造活動は、もっと成果の出しにくいものとなったと思います。一ユーザーとしてとてもありがたかったです。

良いポイント:

ブレインストーミングにおいて、付箋を書く、置いていく、グルーピングする、という基本的な行為が、ストレスなく対面の時と同じようなスムーズさで行えます。その水準の使いやすさがあることで、オンラインでもブレインストーミングの流れを損なわず行えます。また、対面では実施しにくかった「すべての付箋を全員が同時に読み込む」作業、が、Miroではあたりまえにできます。これはアイデアを把握し評価する際の精度を上げてくれました。

改善してほしい点:

良くない点はほぼないと感じます。しいて上げるなら、ほとんどの参加者が初見で操作ができるのにたいし、たまに操作に手間取る人がいると、使い方レクチャーをする数分間、他の人は手待ち時間が発生することです。対策としては、例えばZoomのsystemが会議参加前にカメラマイクテストをする機能がありますが、あのような感じで、参加前に基本操作（付箋を出す、書く、動かす、フリーな線を引く）を試す機能をつければ、良さそうです。

最強のホワイトボードツール来たる!!!!!

製品を使ってみた感想： チームで使うには最適のソフトウェアでブラウザからでも利用できるというところが素晴らしい。

良いポイント:

様々なテンプレートが用意されており、スムーズに作業ができる点。

改善してほしい点:

価格がユーザー数ごとにかかってくるのであまりつかわないユーザー分も料金が発生してしまう為、1人だけで使うものを有料にしている。

ネットワークで共有可能なホワイトボード

製品を使ってみた感想： とても使いやすいツールです。アイデアを持ち寄り検討するのにとても使い勝手が良いです。

良いポイント:

在宅で仕事する事が多くなった現在、ネットを介しての打ち合わせ時に、共有のホワイトボードとしてアイデアを書き込んだり、資料を貼ったり簡単な図を書いたり、、を互いの音声を流しつつ進行出来るアイテムです。

改善してほしい点:

良くない点はあまり思い浮かびませんが、フリーで図を書くのにノートPCやマウスだと難しいかな？と思います。タブレットペンを使用するなら問題は無いかと。特にデザインが絡むならば。あと、teamsなどで音声を流しながら使用する事が多いので二画面あると便利です。

アイディア出しにちょうどいい

準備の必要がなく、気軽に始められる。社外の方ともすぐに一緒に作業できる。

改善してほしい点:

データを持ち立ちにくい。資料の形にしにくい。

ワークフロー可視化に最適なツールです。

良いポイント:

ワークフローの構築及び可視化をするのに最適なツールだと思います。導入の容易さ、そして使いやすさ、インターフェースなど非常に素晴らしいです。

改善してほしい点:

個人的には思っていないのですが、メンバーによっては使いにくさを感じているようです。直感的に使えるようになっていますが、少しわかりにくいところはあると思いました。

ホワイトボードとしてはよい

良いポイント:

ホワイトボード機能としてはよいと思う。ページ・スライドといった概念なく、デジタルボードに書き込みができるので便利。

改善してほしい点:

機能やアイコンの種類が多すぎて、慣れるのが大変。通常のホワイトボード機能のみを想定している場合、使わない機能やアイコン等も多いので、カスタマイズが必要と思われる。また、他製品との連携もあまりなく、あえて使っているという気分になってしまう。

Tracing paper and pen in a virtual environment

製品を使ってみた感想： With remote working, collaborating on complex design related problems became much more difficult. Screen sharing with snapping images and marking up was a quick fix, however this was slow and a 1-way communication. MIRO solved all of this and became the virtual equivalent of rolling out tracing paper and having a handful of people developing the design simultaneously. I think that it would be useful to enhance the sketching experience further. If there could be a virtual tracing paper with variable opacity to contain (group) a series of sketches similar to a frame this would be useful. This is currently possible with multiple objects but it becomes unwieldy. This would also allow the development of a simple layer system. Partial deletion of a hand drawn line would be really helpful.
(I have in mind some of the user-experience of the Procreate sketching iPad app)

I found MIRO intuitive with no training necessary. You can invite collaborators effortlessly with only browser access required. This has been transformational for me during remote working.

改善してほしい点:

When boards become large, the download process can be a little slow and it sometimes trips up with downloading the content that is currently in the viewer's screen. This can easily be resolved by archiving and starting a new board. Perhaps an option of local caching some content could be useful.

Miro is the Master of Teamwork and Collaboration

製品を使ってみた感想： We've started using Miro as a tool for brainstorming and sharing our thoughts. It's been a great way to generate ideas and make rough drafts of our projects. This method is effective because it allows us to briefly describe the benefits and drawbacks of each idea.

Online teamwork is fantastic. To let others contribute to the whiteboard, just send them an email invitation. Including people from outside the team in the project's development is beneficial. Miro is a portable and functional whiteboard app. We can now put things into some kind of order that makes sense.

改善してほしい点:

Because of Miro's per-user licensing structure, everyone who wants to work together on a project must chip in. The issue is that you cannot invite individuals for the sole purpose of reading without purchasing a license for each individual user.

The swiss knife for team work and process design

製品を使ってみた感想： I use for live notes, mind maps, process drawings and presentation design. It's a very versatile tool, super powerfull when you need simplicity and team work.

良いポイント:

The native cloud approach. This is really a space for collaboration. More i like the versatility to "digest" any kind of information, file, image.

改善してほしい点:

With complex boards it can get slow. I also would like a function to update image links. This is something missing.

Growth, VC funding & re-branding cause my love affair with Miro (Realtimeboard) to end

製品を使ってみた感想： I had an initial love affair with Realtimeboard and had a subscription since 2016/17. Growth and then VC funding last year together with the re-branding debacle are forcing me to re-think that love. It's been unrequited for the last while. :-( NPS scores

A Flexible Tool for Working Creatively Across Different Types of Projects

製品を使ってみた感想： Miro has strengthened our ability to visualize ideas, streamline processes, and enable effective communication during the development of projects or team activities. It has become an indispensable tool for fostering collaborative innovation.

Miro’s endless page and a great assortment of templates offer sufficient flexibility which in turn makes it easier to design to meet varying project needs. In addition, real-time tools such as live cursors and commenting boost the quality and efficiency of teamwork, communication, and other collaborative work especially where the team members and stakeholders are distributed widely.

改善してほしい点:

Despite its rich functionality, for the most part, Miro can be rather complex to understand for new users. It's easy to zoom around the whiteboard although this can be challenging for viewers when presenting during video calls. I'd recommend using frames for easier navigation during calls.

製品を使ってみた感想： Miro designed a system that keeps collaboration always. Meetings and sessions with Miro tools enabled us to achieve the desired results and document them transparently.

Miro has everything to enhance the power of collaboration among team members. The whiteboard, magic pen, and ready-made elements make creating Flowcharts and Diagrams a joy. We use Miro to pin the ideas we gather during brainstorming in the right places and then assemble or reshape until we reach what is required. The presence of many templates helps us display Flowcharts, Diagrams, and other models in an organized manner capable of reflecting a great image of the team involved in creating them. I like the ease of exporting them as images to easily add to reports or presentations. I liked the value of documentation with Miro, as it is possible to know who and when the change occurred and who gave the final approval, which enhances governance throughout the steps.

改善してほしい点:

There is no room for negatives with Miro, regular notifications always give us the ability to see in real time any modifications or additions and comment on them by approving or rejecting them, which keeps the workflow smooth.

I love the ease of gathering approvals from team members before approving the final plan. I have absolutely no hate for Miro with all its content. It makes the whiteboard a hub for planning and management, and has given our workflows the clarity and transparency we need.

I like it’s easy deployment to mirror screen onto a large screen and more suitable for presentations given to work team members.

It was a little difficult to properly cast onto a larger screened device and required a couple of extra steps. I’d prefer just a simple mirror screen button similar to what Apple provides to AirPlay on devices on your local network.

Quick collaboration with real update-as-you-type across the board, perfect for collecting thoughts

製品を使ってみた感想： We've been using Miro for months now for team retrospectives, collecting notes on past releases, gathering ideas for improvements etc. So far, we haven't had any experiences where we were left with feeling that something was lacking. The whole team is very satisfied with this product.

良いポイント:

It's great when your team is out of reach and you need to gather some ideas. It works even better than the physical presence of people, because it forces them to put it in a note - you can organize notes, transform them etc. Also, you can even see where everybody's mouse cursor is, which, even though isn't required, gives you a nice feeling of collaboration (imagine 10 cursors flying around, doing stuff... it just feels powerful and stimulating). Of course, you can turn it off if you'd like to. The collaboration board is 'near-infinite', offers many types of objects (stickies being most popular, but also tasks, lanes, images etc). There's meeting agenda, todo list, and other stuff you might need from an online meeting tool. Paid version also gives you an option to use active elements, like voting, countdown timer etc. Very cool.

改善してほしい点:

The history of changes isn't that easy to track - who did what and when, who's put this element? when? what was added by John? etc. What this tool doesn't offer is an actual meeting (call/video) - for that, you'd have to use other means to connect.

Best collaboration tool

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall experience is great. Even if during this pandemic situation we used this a lot for any kind of discussions or any kind of meetings to clarify the stuff. This is the best tool for IT , Project management as well as Leadership.

Any Graph or flow chart or anything we wanted to discuss in the team for that Miro board is the best tool. Good for retrospective meetings and share the views with the limited time duration because it has a timer feature that is great. Great inbuild templates available for any kind of flow chart or creating diagram. Great export methods of the dashboards which can be easily shared between the Team. Great feature of Kanban creation. Overall the best tool for collaboration between the team.

改善してほしい点:

Sometimes while giving tag to the component on the dashboard the name giving feature is not showing up. We need to click so mane times to come up. Limited shapes are available for Diagram. Standardized UML shapes are not available.

Visual thinking board

製品を使ってみた感想： I'm a visual thinker, and I couldn't function without a tool like this. I've tried them all and keep coming back to Miro.

It has all the flexibility I need to lay out my ideas, and progressively develop them. Plus, the community templates are amazingly useful and new contributions keep coming.

I am sometimes disappointed or unimpressed by the visual aesthetic aspect, but this is a very light annoyance.

製品を使ってみた感想： From brainstorming to final delivery, Miro has been a great resource for me. The user-friendly design makes this program a breeze to operate. Also, Miro includes a ready-to-use template. Try out as many templates as you can find that are appropriate for your project. It was a breeze to work from home using this app. Integrates well with Jira's templates.

It's extremely visually appealing! I mostly utilize it to communicate work processes to newly hired employees. It's a terrific approach to show off our tracks and systems without having to go into great depth about how and why they work. Finally, I'll be able to provide an excellent summary that our team may go to for future reference.

It's more difficult to keep track of and prevent people from making modifications in the incorrect places while working with large teams. It's a little clumsy, and there are a few things that might need more explanation, but once you get the idea of it, it's not too tough.

製品を使ってみた感想： Generally the use and feel of Miro is great. We used it for planning, layouting, inspirations and moodboards. This is working absolutely great. ven exporting a backup from Miro feels as it is intended - no hassle. Just download the file. Same goes for exportin to PDF etc. Works. And that is the biggest added value.

The ease of starting using Miro is amazing. Just register and start whiteboarding. After a while if you need any functionality you can think of you start to dig through the menues in the app and just like that - you find what you need. Be it a canban or a timer or building blocks for flowcharting.

改善してほしい点:

It is definitely on the pricier end when it comes to collaborative editing. Of course there is a free and a "consultant" plan, but even after signing up for that one sharing boards and stating editing feels a bit rough. So you might pay for users and taht gets expencive.

The best environment for productive teamwork

I appreciate how convenient it is to make and save various customer journey maps and diagrams. Though I frequently make use of this site for collaboration, I am not familiar with any of its direct rivals.

When trying to invite others to view a private board, the link doesn't always function on the first try, but other than that, I can't find anything wrong with Miro.
