製品を使ってみた感想： This software meets our necessities. Our company is fanned out across the UAE and this permits us to follow the proprietors of every resource alongside planning their areas the nation over. Helpful "Receiving" and "Issuing" highlights function admirably for resources that much of the time change hands.

良いポイント:

Ease to Use and understand Inventory Management is very accurate Asset Management is easily handled User Interface is simple and easy to understand. Traceability is very good.

改善してほしい点:

Few Missing Features are there. Challenges in Usage for first time beginner Some Confusion at the initial stage

Why should we use EZ-Inventory and Why not

製品を使ってみた感想： It overall good, As we are using it from last 3-4 years and we are very well satisfied with EZ services, afterall it helps us to manage our overall org inventory system.

良いポイント:

Pros as per me :- 1. Easy to manage all the assets inventory. 2. Option to upload bulk assets inventory from excel sheet, It save hell lot of time. 3. You are many option of pulling out reports and thier custom report pulling feature is option , it has multiple options to cover in your excel sheet which you want to export. 4. User friendly UI

改善してほしい点:

There are 2 cons :- 1. There is no option to create a parent state, I don;t know I have to create a parent substate as "decommisioned"but I was not able to do so, Then I have to create a custom substate under "Retired" section. 2. Reports dashboard should is not easy to understand, I took session from the ez team but they also not able to create that such type of report dashboard.

It is relatively simple to learn and implement. I learned the basics very quickly

改善してほしい点:

The search feature can be annoying. Creating groups and sub groups helps narrow searches, but too often hen using the search bar, the items searched is not narrow enough. The group and sub group feature is very impotent.

製品を使ってみた感想： The assets were in disarray as AIN wasn't the default option when I first started working for the company. The inventory needed to be exported, sorted by group, assigned AIN numbers, and then reimported. We chose EzOffice due to its feature-rich functionality, affordable price, and user-friendly UI. Since the software was so much better than the asset management tool we had been using, I was immediately drawn to it and had no trouble persuading the rest of the team to give it a try.

良いポイント:

Simple to use and comprehend Inventory control is quite precise. And asset management is simple to implement. The user interface is straightforward and simple to use. And traceability is excellent.

改善してほしい点:

From the user's profile to make checking out assets faster, I wish there were more ways to search the independent history of asset use or make a list of my favorite assets. And the absence of possibilities for customizing the layout. In order to improve efficiency in the future, I hope the layout may be easily changed.

製品を使ってみた感想： Its easy enough to use. Once you get the logic its pretty much direct. It has a lot or reporting options and customization options which I really like.

I like the logic of the things. The way we manage to track the devices with users.

We dont have an option for users to request a software license so we can track which user has what subscription

EZO in IT at SIU

製品を使ってみた感想： We had difficulty maintaining an accurate inventory of IT assets so annual inventory processes were very manual and difficult to find items, especially with the increase of remote workers after COVID. Now everyone can respond to an inventory audit from wherever they are located on their own to acknowledge possession of the assets they have.

I like the ability to assign assets to individual users to give them a sense of accountability. They perform their own audit responses and maintain their own location changes making it easier on back office functions. I also like the reporting functions both in the built-in reports as well as the custom reports that cater to the organization's needs.

改善してほしい点:

One problem we have had consistently over the years is that we have some 3000+ assets in the system but when we do the annual inventory, we cannot request the audit for our entire list of inventory at one time. We can only request the audit 25 lines at a time so that is time consuming.

EZ office ups and downs

製品を使ってみた感想： As I said, I wish I had more freedom to edit and assign my inventory a little more personal to our business.
It is frustrating I have to keep certain aspects when I don't use or need them.
But overall, EZoffice has been nice for our company! and it has kept our inventory much more clean and organized! I would recommend this to other businesses.

It is very convenient for my staff and I use. Everybody is on the same page, and whatever data is input everyone can see!

It doesn't quite let you edit your inventory as much as id like. I would like full control and creative freedom to make my assists how I want and need, and it just doesn't seem to do that.

An Excellent Tool

How clean and clear everything is presented. Most inventory systems I have used are cluttered and frustrating to use. It functions quickly as well. The mobile device setup is ideal.

Very easy to use. Can generate QR codes to stick on equipment. One scan shows you the unit and all of its repairs or services.

There was nothing that I did not like about it.

EZOffice Average Performance

良いポイント:

I have used EZOfficeInventory twice now to pick up AIT equipment. It has been fine, but it has been a little tedious on AIT's end, I think, more than on my own.

The biggest con of EZOfficeInventory is that both times I have made a request with it, I did not receive all of the items in my equipment request order. For the first event, the date was entered in wrong, but I had no way to double check it on my end. In addition, it took almost 30 minutes for me to get all of the equipment that I had reserved, excluding the 2 items I actually really needed. For the second event the following day, AIT helped me with a last minute reservation and said that they would add the 2 items from the previous day (a mic stand and mic kit). However, when the student went to pick the items up, the mic stand and kit were still missing. I'm not sure if this is an EZOfficeInventory flaw or perhaps just understandable human error, but it has been a little frustrating.

That I was able to import all my inventory from excel.

It was a little hard to get set up, it just took time to get used too and I wish it had a bardcode scanner.

EZ Office inventory is easy to use at all levels of tech savviness which makes it easy for all users.

EZ Office inventory per user billing is a bit disappointing but in line with the times I suppose

Efficient Scheduling Software for construction crew

良いポイント:

I like the availability to edit on the fly the schedule for my crew. This allows them to stay on date with each jobsite they need to visit and complete work at.

改善してほしい点:

I wish i could select multiple people when adding to the schedule instead of having to do each person individually.

Functionality. EZOfficeInventory makes it really simple to track and menage assets.

Usable warehouse tracking software, with some quirks

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall the software fits the need, with a few usability tweaks, it could go from good to perfect.

良いポイント:

The UI is quite clear and easy to use with very short learning curve. Overall good software and seems actively developed. Most of our use is checking commonly used tools in and out of warehouse, and to monitor their locations. Fits our purpose.

改善してほしい点:

Bugs are present, check in and check out functions are sometimes confusing. Checking items in is not straightforward enough.

My thoughts of EZOffice

The fact that it allows me to monitor my inventory effectively

The pricing is a bit steep for NPO's like us

Easy to navigate. The app is great of students to use.

This product seems to be more geared for corporate inventory management. ie large volume of inventory.
