製品を使ってみた感想: Good for the purpose we are using, but very difficult to integrate other administrative services. You need multiple softwares to do an HR admin.

良いポイント:

A relatively easy to use employee management and scheduling solution for a reasonable price. Ideal for small remote teams and for office environment.

改善してほしい点:

Outdated platform design, some features are challenging to use. It is costly to use for multiple departments of the same company. No API connection to my understanding and no mobile access which makes it impossible to adapt in non-office like environment. Some reporting features missing, others are not useful for remote operations.

Has completely simplified our employee time keeping and makes doing payroll at the end of the month incredibly simple

改善してほしい点:

It is slightly on the pricey side for small business of around 6 -10 employees. We dont need the scheduling and a lot of the other features but we do need the ability to track clocking in and out of 6/7 employees

Familiarity, solves 80% of my issues. We use time clock, scheduling, time off management, and some basic reporting.

No regular updates, we have been on this system for 4 years and now it has started to look old compared to more contemporary softwares.

良いポイント:

more efficient the excel spreadsheets, plus has excel functionality. Shift reminders are very helpful and useful. Staff management and schedueling.

改善してほしい点:

unable to add phone numbers or other details when adding staff members. Limited number of staff that can be added. Printing sizes cannot be adjusted which can affect scale for print out versions.

製品を使ってみた感想: It's not the best rota software I have used, but for the price, its really good value for money.
The back end is complicated and difficult to get your head around, but once you do, you can truly use it as a one stop shop for everything. The front end for the user is wonderfully simple.

The mobile app simplicity really was key for us. We are a museum who work with a large number of volunteers, many of whom aren't computer literate and don't use their phones for anything other than calls or texts. We had to ensure that they could access the schedules easily and understand them The messaging system is a lovely surprise and works well - as does the notice board. We also like its flexibility to store extra facts and info, so over time it has changed from being just our scheduling software to our HR hub, with all our staffing information (vehicle info, references etc) and policies and procedures stored alongside our weekly team updates.

改善してほしい点:

Some of the menus and reports are unnecessarily complicated with way too many options. Some of the office staff have struggle to gain access to the information they need. The reporting side is clumsy and difficult to use. Some really simple, obvious changes can make a big difference but these changes don't seem to be being considered in any software changes to the program. For example, when looking on the mobile app, shifts are listed by the alphabetical order of first names rather than the actual times (or even the area!) of the shift. This is pretty ludicrous for a scheduling program.

製品を使ってみた感想: Very user friendly for the staff who use the app. Transition from a paperbased system to an electronic system was very easy. The reports function is useful and being able to export everything to a CSV is very useful for management.

良いポイント:

Being able to import data such as staff details. Customisation of staff fields. Flexible and customisable security options.

改善してほしい点:

Holiday hours not included in weekly/daily totals. Overlap of time off with shifts can cause problems. Needs a custom rate for Holiday hours rather than picking up the rate from the Rate Exceptions list.

Staff are able to see their shifts, no print out of rota's required Being able to repeat weekly rota's without having to repeat typing

That staff are not able to make changes to their shifts or see that other staff are on holiday
