製品を使ってみた感想： It is a fairly complete program, it has a good setup and when you start it it is easy to learn and use it, it has a good password saving system, I think it is a unique program and one of the best in terms of personnel management that I loved using it for this reason and perhaps in the future expand the investment in it.

良いポイント:

Zoho People is a human resource management platform that I also find useful at Chevron. I like how Zoho People centralizes all employee-related information, including time management, attendance tracking, vacation management and performance evaluation, it has a good design, it has a good work mode, it is pleasant In appearance, an excellent UI UX, otherwise for this reason I recommend it.

I think that there are no major difficulties to be able to decide that Zoho has things that I dislike. I think that its problem-solving system is quite accurate. I think that I would refrain from giving a bad detail. I think that there is nothing bad that is worth talking about. .

Solid and Dependable HR Solution for Our Retail Business

製品を使ってみた感想： Zoho People has been a very dependable and well-performing HR tool for our retail business. We were able to set it up and sync with our other tools very easily as we're already using some of the other Zoho tools and the native integration doesn't take much time at all to set up. Other than that, all the modules are very well thought out and have a lot of advanced features that save you a lot of time, and it very rarely has performance issues like bugs and whatnot. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an online HR tool.

As a small business, we were a bit concerned as to whether we'd have to pay way over budget to be able to implement a product like Zoho, but compared to most of the other tools we evaluated, Zoho offers very reasonable plans for small businesses like ours which has helped us reap the benefits without having to wait until we hire a couple dozen more people.

改善してほしい点:

It's a bit confusing when you're just beginning to use it. It would be good to have better onboarding to learn it quicker and help us explore new ways to use it compared to us discovering stuff on our own.

Very cost effective HR management tool

製品を使ってみた感想： It includes all the sections and forms you would expect / require for general HR as well as linking to other Zoho software for recruitment, time management, learning etc so it is a good platform to collate all data within.

This system was fast to set up, easy to navigate and had a lot of functionality for managing HR admin including tax and legal document records. Gave a professional first impression to new recruits for onboarding admin and also linked very easily into our recruitment process via integration with Zoho Recruit.

改善してほしい点:

It does not yet contain payroll running functionality for UK users. This is the only big missing puzzle piece for the Zoho software suite and would like to be able to stop using seperate software company for this as all the rest of our accounting is done through Zoho except payroll.

Great HR Tool for Time off and check in and out.

Zoho People lets us manage our PTO requests in very much detail. It is easy to submit for team member and they can see what time they have left.

Auto detection of team members and rejecting requests would be great. We always have to manually check if another team member is out already and then make a decision based on that.

Very easy to navigate and log hours. Also easy to view my team and organisation's hours, too. Extracting data to Excel is a big plus for Zoho, as well.

The inability for a user to remove a single days holiday is frustrating. Requires admin to delete and user has to reapply and get approved again. Smaill issue but annoying!

Zoho people is very simple and easy to use. The GUI is very understandable and also the customer support for this tool is phenomenal. They are very hands-on when there are some errors or even questions regarding the tool. Keep it up!

The only thing that needs improvement for this tool is sometimes the loading time is taking too long or sometimes it crashes. But other than that, this tool is perfect.

製品を使ってみた感想： Comparing to previous poor HR applications I've been using (or completely no system), it's hard to describe how much time it saves for both employees and HR team, and how whole experience is brought to higher level.

Saving A LOT of time for both employees and HR team. Ease of tracking leaves, applying for them and getting approval from the supervisor, tracking work time and, last but not least, payroll documents in one place.

The only thing that comes to my mind, is a tiny detail: if You are making regularization for a month (in timetracking), You have to input hours for each day separately. But well, fair enough.

Zoho people mobile app can be enhanced similar to zoho people web page version. In mobile app still I struggle to find the user details including user's document, marksheets and certificates. Even won't be able to upload documents(Ids like driving licence, office id..etc )in it.

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall our experience with Zoho People has been excellent, we are relying it as an integral part of how our organization works. The sales and support teams are fantastic and very friendly.

Zoho People has delivered and surpassed expectations. A cloud solution that covered our HR needs end-to-end. I liked the most hoe intuitive it is to use, no training whatsoever was needed to new employees to get them started using Zoho People. Only the common since everyone who has every used a web application was needed. The latest version also looks great, the user interface had a more than welcome update.

In prior versions there were some glitches here and there, but the support team has proved to be excellent as they managed to iron out all those little glitches in the most recent version.

Zoho has made it easy to measure the performance of the employee. The best features of Zoho are attendance tracking, regularizing the attendance, tracking the holidays and leaves, and performance measurement.

改善してほしい点:

There are no aspects of the products that are difficult to use, however, there should be some modifications while we measure one's performance. for example, while selecting a rater who has worked with us only on 1 project can rate us only on that.

製品を使ってみた感想： I really like the features that it has and that it is easy to use. I would definitely invest in it if I had my own company.

It's like having my own personal HR administrator on my laptop. Easy to use, to find documents or information that I need and to record information. Very easy to keep track of my working hours whilst working from home during the pandemic and the mobile app is fantastic.

Its kind of hard to use from an administration perspective initially, but once you get used to it - its much easier.
