My systems work smoothly even on low-end hardware thanks to its resource-efficient, minimalistic design, which is also exceptionally quick. I was particularly struck by the emphasis on simplicity and security. The fact that Alpine Linux makes use of busybox and the musl libc, as well as its dedication to releasing security patches on a regular basis, gave me confidence that my system was well-defended. The apk package manager was simple to use and gave me access to a variety of programs.
