良いポイント:

簡単にアンケートを作成できるため、意見の収集、出席のまとめ、投票の統計などの作業を効率よく完成できる。またexcelファイルの生成もできるため、使い道が多い。

改善してほしい点:

問題に対する解答の制限については、数字のみに限定できるが、それ以外の制限は設定できない。例えば、英語限定、日本語限定、全角限定など。より設定を増やしてほしい。

EASY TO USE APP

製品を使ってみた感想： So I always use this app at varsity because with RSVP and surveys they use this app a lot, I had a challenge with uploading a document recently.

良いポイント:

what I like about the app is that its good to get feedback , I its good for RSVP for a meeting on teams.

改善してほしい点:

On certain phones if you have to upload a file it wont work and you have to use a laptop.

One of the Best Survey Apps

I liked the possibilities you have with this software. They truly are endless. Whatever review or survey you can think of making, you can conjure it up with Microsoft Forms. Great for businesses and taking note especially finding interest levels of employees, etc.

Some of the features can be a little tricky to use. There are also many options and tools that can be a little daunting or overwhelming at first, but after using it for a while you will get the hang of it.

Barebones Form Creation

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall, MS Forms is a very easy to use program that offers a low barrier to entry due to it being included with many Office 365 subscriptions. The program lacks in more technical features but will be more than enough for most people.

The more in-depth customization features offered by other programs are very lacking, especially in creating logic flows to allow for different paths based on user responses

Does what you expect but why is there still no e-signatures?

Useful for us when the scope of the people required to fill out the forms are within the organisation, but beyond that we tend to avoid it. It's good to see that anyone can pick it up and build out a form fairly quickly. The analytics on the data received is concise enough to give you what you need. We also use it alongside Power Automate for it to feed into other processes where an additional approval step is required and it's easy to track alongside Power Automate to ensure the flow is working.

改善してほしい点:

It can be really troublesome with handing ownership of the form if the person that has created it under their own microsoft account has exited the business. Typically, we have to push it to a 365 group so that other people can access it and manage it. In addition, it still does not have e-signatures to this day resulting in us having to implement JotForm for specific forms that require signatures.

They came as a bonus on the Office pack and used them regularly. It is easy to use and creating something does not take too much time. It isnice that the fields are customizable and the user interface is friendly. Another thing I really like is that the results are very easy to export.

Quick and Easy Info Gathering!

製品を使ってみた感想： So easy to use for gathering information quickly! Surveys are easy and hassle free to create, and the integration with Microsoft makes it easy to field the survey. I also like how the results can be exported to excel for quick analysis.

良いポイント:

I like that it is a survey tool within the Microsoft suite. Because of this, it is the verified internal survey tool for my company to do quick polls, like what to get for lunch. I like that it is under a trusted brand and that it is a verified "go to" for quick internal surveys.

改善してほしい点:

Honestly I like this tool. I think it is a little basic for more advanced surveys and analytics, but I don't think that's the purpose of it.

I create quizzes, feedback forms, and surveys. Then I pass the forms' responses to Microsoft Excel Online and connect Excel online to Microsoft Power Bi.

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall great experience. Easy to use, has a lot of beneficial features which save time. 10/10 would recommend. If you are someone looking to make quick questionnaires or surveys, Microsoft Forms is the way to go!

My favourite features of Microsoft Forms is the easy use, templates, and the various features function. Microsoft Forms is incredibly user friendly. When I first got my Microsoft account and learned to use Forms, everything was pretty much self explanatory. There were a couple of things that I needed to play around with but once I figured out, I really enjoyed using Microsoft Forms because of its simplicity. Secondly, Microsoft Forms has many templates a user can choose from depending on the occasion. This makes it convenient for me as I don't have to create a form from scratch, I can work off a pre-made template which is time saving. Lastly, you can add questions in various styles such as for the user to respond by uploading a picture file or through a ranking system or short/long answer text boxes. Every time I make forms I always use Microsoft Forms as it saves me time and is easy to make a well made form.

I don't really have any negative to say. One suggestion could be for Microsoft to add more template options. I really enjoy using Microsoft Forms.

製品を使ってみた感想： Really good within our organisation to get the information we need in an easy and well laid out format which can be extracted to Excel.We use this for work-related tasks but also the management of social activities as everyone can quickly answer a form.

Customization of fields and forms and analytical tools are the most impactful features of this application. Security of collected data is a high concern in surveying and Microsoft Forms ensures the security of my data. there have been no issues till now regarding the security of data. Its ability to integrate with other Microsoft applications is an additional advantage when working as a planning engineer. Exporting data of respondents in different file formats, especially to Microsoft Excel is a valuable feature.

I would recommend having a feature that can create a form depending on how the respondent answers the previous questions. Although it integrates with Microsoft products, it is difficult to integrate with other applications.

It can be used to create surveys, as well as quizzes, which means I can use it to collect data on student feedback, but also use it to create tests and quizzes to use to check for learning. Also - it easily embeds in Microsoft Teams, OneNote and PowerPoint.

Overall it is difficult to pinpoint something I like 'least' - however, the Likert scale is not as customizable as I would like.

We mainly use it for conducting employee surveys, and it works perfectly.. The user-friendliness of the platform makes it great and easy to use, even without a strong technical background. The availability of excellent resources and support further enhances the experience.

The real-time graphs and pie charts are great for polling and surveys for my students. Having a QR code makes completing the Form very easy.

I often give students question where they have to show equations, work, or write in sentences. Other online assessment tools allow me to grade those types of answers on wifi, in real time. Forms makes you download an excel, take up space on your device, and then it isn't in real time. I would also suggest that you allow us to customize the link right on your platform. Your links are absurdly long and I have to use an outside website to shorten it.
