良いポイント:

簡単にアンケートを作成できるため、意見の収集、出席のまとめ、投票の統計などの作業を効率よく完成できる。またexcelファイルの生成もできるため、使い道が多い。

改善してほしい点:

問題に対する解答の制限については、数字のみに限定できるが、それ以外の制限は設定できない。例えば、英語限定、日本語限定、全角限定など。より設定を増やしてほしい。

初めての設定でも簡単に設定できる

製品を使ってみた感想： 色んな場面で目にするので親しみはあるし、作る方も、答える方も使いやすい。しかし、デザインがイマイチ。もう少し色々な機能があればいいなと思う。

良いポイント:

基本設定が分かりやすく、初めて作る時もトラブルなく作成できた。答える時も簡単に答えるので使いやすい設定になってると思う。

改善してほしい点:

デザインがシンプルでややかたいイメージである。また、もう少し答えの機能を工夫して欲しい。

User-Friendly features of Microsoft Forms

製品を使ってみた感想： Great, To be honest. It had always been my helping hand.

良いポイント:

Wherever I have to ask my friends or my colleagues, about going on a trip or taking a decision on something important. I prefer using Microsoft Forms. This gives me an option to create a customised form for to send it to my friends and colleagues for their opinion. And also genrates a graph according to the results generated by my poll.

改善してほしい点:

Nothing as of now. I had been using from past 2 years, and till then I didn't faced a single problem in any functioning.

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall I much prefer Microsoft Forms over other forms like surveymonkey. I found it easy to make basic forms and with a little time you can even do more complex forms. We have used it for simple forms like satisfaction surveys to forms used to register for online webinars. It is very versatile.

It is very easy to make forms with different options of questions.

改善してほしい点:

It seems like you have to constantly log in to see the results. As far as I can tell you can't get a regular update sent to you with the results.

Forms is an excellent product for surveys and forms, internal and external, and a critical part of the 365 organizational suite. It can integrate with Lists and Power Automate to increase functionality, and has many options for controlling settings and security. The synced results spreadsheets are extremely helpful.

改善してほしい点:

The way you have to designate a Form to a personal account or a Team is a little goofy and can have some unintended consequences if not carefully managed (who has access, etc.). It's also very easy to create forms, but a little too easy to change them.

Microsoft forms offers the ideal forms platform, perfectly integrated into the Microsoft group of products. This makes it really easy to use and export to programmes such as Outlook and Excel.

改善してほしい点:

The software is quite basic and is isn't as advanced as something like Jotform. The limitations make it difficult to make the logic jumps needed for complex forms.

The most I liked the ease of use, the app has an intuitive and simple design witch make it very easy to use. Another great feature is the real time analytics and visual summaries witch gives useful info really fast.

There are no things to dislike at Forms, it has some limitations but afterall it does not have any extra costs for using it as it comes with Microsoft 365 bundle.

Password protection for survey forms is top on the list of what I have been most impressed with on Microsoft Forms. Setting password protection for survey forms , helps to greatly reduce unauthorized third party access to my surveys.

Microsoft Forms lacks a mobile app, and real time group collaboration provisions for survey creation is absent. These are key limitations that have greatly affected the efficiency of my team when creating surveys using Microsoft Forms.

MS Forms Is the Best Survey Creating Tool

製品を使ってみた感想： I love forms and it has made many of my surveys easy to create. With MS Forms I can create surveys even when the request for a survey by management is issued late.

MS Forms is very flexible and easy to use. I love the fact that there are many template to choose from to suit what you want to do. You can share forms to mails , ms teams right from the form settings.

It is outdated in the layout, not much change there. Not a bad thing necessarily, but necessarily intuitive either compared to other platforms like Qualitrics.

Administration requires us to turn in a sheet that shows which students left the classroom at the end of the week. Microsoft Forms made this task so much easier. 良いポイント:

I have used MS forms to take feedback of my trainees. It is very simple and easy to create feedback forms. Since my organisation only provide access to MS software, this is easy and fully complaint to our IT policy. Best, easy and reliant.

Add more features like taking signatures without signing (for contracts or tool box talks) More features like for quiz also True or False etc.

製品を使ってみた感想： So easy to use for gathering information quickly! Surveys are easy and hassle free to create, and the integration with Microsoft makes it easy to field the survey. I also like how the results can be exported to excel for quick analysis.

I like that it is a survey tool within the Microsoft suite. Because of this, it is the verified internal survey tool for my company to do quick polls, like what to get for lunch. I like that it is under a trusted brand and that it is a verified "go to" for quick internal surveys.

Honestly I like this tool. I think it is a little basic for more advanced surveys and analytics, but I don't think that's the purpose of it.

I love how quickly and easily I can request feedback via a survey or poll in Microsoft Forms. It is user friendly, very easy to customize, and delivers a consistent product every time. I love that this tool is not only free, but so easy to use! To make your work even faster, it has a bunch of pre-loaded templates if you're making a common form such as a feedback survey. Those templates can easily be edited to customize text, multiple choice answers, etc. I love that it also has a way to check how the form would look on both desktop and mobile platforms, as well as different layouts to try.

製品を使ってみた感想： We knew we needed a program to track objective and subjective assessments of clients progress. We knew what questions we wanted answered, and we knew whom we needed to answer each set of questions. With that knowledge, we began looking for a product that could provide that. What we found was software that either did not meet our needs or software that was geared towards large healthcare organizations with budgets exponentially larger than ours. Thankfully we found Forms in a Microsoft Bundle we had purchased. We didn't know we needed it, but by sheer luck, we ended up with it and decided to give it a try. For a minimal investment of time and no capital investment, we have created the program that didn't previously exist. I can't say enough about the ability of Forms to meet our needs.

These forms and the reporting that follows them influence our decisions for client progression. It has allowed us to take a variety of sources of information and condense them into quantifiable results.

For what we needed, it requires someone with the technical knowledge to operate Forms and the operational knowledge to know what questions needed to be asked. Without both, it would be rather useless. Luckily for us, we are overloaded with operational knowledge, and the relative ease of using Forms means that we have multiple people capable of handling the actual creation.

I am using Microsoft Forms mostly for surveying and pools inside the company. Beeing an addition to the Microsoft pack I can say I enjoy this app as is free to use. It is easy to use and intuitive, you can get the survey done wright from the first try.

For a while I didn`t knew I had Microsoft Forms in the office 365 Package I used everyday. This is like a powerful add-on to a service I already use. The way you can customize makes Forms a powerful data collection on customers or even team. Getting the reports is very easy.

No cons for Microsoft Forms, already using other apps from M365, I consider Forms as a free addon.
