Great, Simple, and Clean asset manager.
製品を使ってみた感想： So far everything has been a breeze, I had basically everything up and pretty cleaned up within 1 day.
There was no bloated features or menu's, it's the meat and potatoes but also has the options to import in many ways and integrate with many applications to make our lives easier. I also love that I was able to create custom permission profiles as that comes in handy for any company with a Helpdesk or if they use a hardware distributor. The warranty tie in is also great!
I have no complaints as of yet, only issue I have run into so far was because I missed a step so that was completely on me.

製品を使ってみた感想： The support is great, they got back to me to answer all my questions and also responded really well to feedback.They are also considering my feature requests and already changed some things that made it easier for me to use.
It has all the bells and whistles that I needed for keeping track of all the assets that we hand out to people, before this we tried different solutions that were way too bloated for our needs, and also way too expensive BlueTally falls right into that spot where it does not overwhelm me as a user and still provides all necessary functions.Also, the free trial was so easy to set up no "Call us for a demo" or hiding pricing where you first have to spend hours on a sales call, the trail lets you play around and this really helped me with understanding what the features are and also the limits.The integrations are also really useful, for example the AD-Integration which syncs your users into the application, with this we do not need to maintain two lists with the same data, but just let them Sync into BlueTally
The localization still could be better, mostly little things like the ability to change the date format to something that suits my needs more, but I already spoke with the support about it, and they even started to make small changes which really helped me, so it's getting better.Otherwise, it's just small features and ease of life things which I believe will get better with time, right now the search for example does not work for custom fields, or you can't force a sorting order to say always see the latest added asset at the top.But in my opinion these are just nitpicks, otherwise i would not have chosen it.

製品を使ってみた感想： Very positive. Their support is phenomenal.
We love how this has just the features we want laid out in the way we want, and that it was so incredibly easy to setup for our MS Intune-backed environment.
We use Jira and would like to see the Jira plugin improved as it has limited functionality compared to others. Seeing the device is useful, but we need to be able to modify and make simple changes right there in the plugin to primary user assignment for a device, linking tickets, etc.
Great ITAM system that will only get better
Getting all my data into BlueTally has been very easy. Just follow their integration guides and let the system do the work. It has a large number of integrations with MDM vendors. Kandji, JAMF, inTune to name a few. The one integration that is missing at this moment is Google Workspace / ChromeOS devices. So far I am very pleased and it's a great value compared to other competing vendors who charge per asset or admin.
Not having Google Workspace integration for syncing ChromeOS devices. This requires me to manually export and import that data which means it isn't always up to date.Additionally the import feature requires a Excel file rather then a CSV.

製品を使ってみた感想： I was discussing BlueTally with my boss, who sits on our executive team, and he said something along the lines of "wow, you've built a really good relationship with them if they're doing that", and that's the thing. I haven't! BlueTally is hungry to succeed, and I have full faith that they will.
Not only is the price extremely competitive, the platform is new, and seems very well-optimized. It was obviously built with a very clear vision in mind from the start. With it being so new there have been some rare few hiccups, but far more importantly the developer has been extremely attentive and eager to continue improving the platform.
BlueTally has raised the bar on my expectations for the platforms we use, and is making our other vendors' products and management look bad.

製品を使ってみた感想： Great, everything runs smoothly for now, and support has been reactive to us.We totally support this project.
BlueTally integration with Intune, Azure AD and Jamf was a must have for us.Also there is a really good effort done on the interface, pleasant tool to use. Then the pricing is really competitive and for small-mid sized business it's a great choice.
As it's a young product some features can be missing, like details dashboards/reports, also the being able to attach accessories to assets in order to create packages but we beleive in BlueTally's futur.

製品を使ってみた感想： It's been great so far, nothing that pushes me from the platform. The site and tools are helpful and the customer support has been great.
The feature I list the most is how easy it is to assign items to and from employees and locations. It couldn't be easier.
The three main features I would love to see is;1. A universal search bar at the top of the page, which could search for everything and give you the best result.2. Self auditing tool to send an email to employees with items checked out asking them if they still have the device, if it's still fit for purpose etc.3. Deployable agent that can be installed on devices which would gather information on the device.

製品を使ってみた感想： The customer service team is very receptive to feedback very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that me and my team has and we're very happy with the product so far :)
I really liked how simple asset tracking was with Blue Tally. It makes inventorying very simple and the fact that it is not very expensive is a bonus.
I don't have any issues about the software as the software is always being improved.

製品を使ってみた感想： IT has helped us go paperless for our inventory management.
It is my first experience using an inventory tool so it has been very user friendly for me. The technical support team is very forthcoming and always available to answer all queries no matter how small or repetitive. I have been able to set the system up for my self and my team in a very short time and it has helped us streamline all our asset inventory in a coherent manner.
I think that a User Manual or FAQ section would also be helpful. There can also be a BlueTally community section where users can view previous queries that have been answered by the team.

Easy to both understand and set up. Good visuals and the support is amazing. Seems to really listen to the customers
That it's still under buildup and that some features aren't here yet. But it's all things that are coming later on so I don't mind

Blue TAlly Asset Management
Working in the IT department we frequently have to purchase and deploy replacement and new equipment.
As Blue TAlly is easy and quick to use, it's painless to make an entry every time we deploy equipment. Without Blue TAlly we wouldn't keep a track of our assets easily.
Easy and quick to use, good reports and dashboards
Took a short while to be accustomed to Blue Tallys naming conventions - however this could be attributed to my lack of experience with asset management
The software is easy to navigate through.
