Nothing I can mention which I like about oyster.

They overpromise and under deliver. They claim to onboard people globally. APAC region they work with multiple sub vendors.. which create lot of issue. They don’t have local presence. For APAC region better use other platforms. Oyster not doing well at all.

A service orientated platform

製品を使ってみた感想： The Oyster team have really stepped up in terms of what I expect out of a partnership and service levels. The platform is easy to use from a UX lens and the UI is clear. Our employees and people leaders have positive feedback overall.

I'd love it to integrate with our current HRIS to enable one platform for all people managers.

Easy to use, some things could be improved

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall it is sufficient for what it does and the platform is relatively simple to use compared to other HR software.

良いポイント:

Easy to sign in and get the basic things I need, like copy of my contract or access to help desk. Also the support is very responsive.

改善してほしい点:

The way to submit expenses could be a lot easier to do in bulk. I also think some basic common support tasks, like vacation rollover, should be easier to request than me having to fill in a whole ticket from scratch.

I don't have any cons. Whenever I need help, I can get all the information in articles or through support.

Some requests are mainly for the employee, but the roles would limit the employee, forcing them to request the company to request it on their behalf, like proof of employment

Great solution for remote employees

The response times when something does not go as planned is slow. The local partners sometimes are not responsive

Great Support Team and always improving

製品を使ってみた感想： I am enjoying using the platform and appreciate all the hard work to forever improve it and our experience.

良いポイント:

Oyster HR have a great help center team that maintain great communication whilst resolving issues/queries. In the last year alone, i have noticed many improvements to the Oyster HR platform, which has improved the user experience for myself an Admin but also Team Members and Department Managers.

改善してほしい点:

Some complex issues take longer to resolve but in these situations our account manager steps in to escalate and resolve quicker.

Good Product, Not Great

製品を使ってみた感想： My overall experience is that Oyster is a good product with potential to be great. We've used competitors and this is more user friendly. The interface was the reason we primarily chose. Pricing is a little high for lack of certain features. I intend to stick with Oyster as they grow and improve.

I like how Oyster does the basics. Whatever you need from HR they do it.

I wish that their were more options to manually send payments to Oyster. A real time chat option would also be great.

Oyster Review: A Philippine Startup Company Experience

製品を使ってみた感想： I would highly recommend Oyster as an EOR.

良いポイント:

Oyster's overall interface is very user-friendly. As a tech start up in the Philippines, we would need to employ foreign talents that the market currently lack. Oyster was critical in terms of labor compliance and payroll administration in those respective countries. We had a very smooth flow with onboarding and offboarding talents.

改善してほしい点:

The administration fee of Oyster is something that was no longer economically efficient for us.

With Oyster we facilitated our hiring in the UK

良いポイント:

This was my first time getting a service like the one Oyster provides, and I can tell that the implementation process and the new hires' process were very smooth. We needed to expand our team in the UK, and with Oyster, we could do that very fast and safely.

改善してほしい点:

I recommend the Oyster team make sure that the "Comments" text box that is included in the new hire form really saves that information since when I wanted to find that information, once I hired some team members, the notes were gone.

I love the price, and the benefits that are easily available to employees. Very streamlined.

A lot of paperwork up front, hard to talk to real humans.

製品を使ってみた感想： Oyster is a phenomenal platform and they truly are outshining the competition. Take it from me. We switched from another PEO and I truly did my due diligence when selecting a new platform. I researched everyone on the market and had so many demo calls my head still hurts! It was all worth it because we made the right choice.

良いポイント:

One stop shop that truly does it all. Excellent implementation and customer success team that makes the transition seamless. Excellent benefits in every country! The cost calculator is my favorite! If you go with Oyster, the world and all it's workers will be your Oyster as well!

改善してほしい点:

That I can't amend a contract once I hit submit!

A Seamless Solution for Global Hiring!

製品を使ってみた感想： The team is fantastic to work with. The main benefit is the need to not have to worry about the admin/payroll function of the business so I can focus on the people.

良いポイント:

Integration was simple and the product is very easy to navigate.

改善してほしい点:

The price is a bit hefty per person. I will be looking forward to a potential "seat-based" pricing model in the future if that becomes available.
